What you'll need: A baking tray and a blender… also:
- 1. Halve everything, seeds out of the pepper. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast at 450°F for 20 - 25 minutes.
- 2. Blend until smooth. Add the cream while blending.
- 3. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and crusty bread.
