What you'll need: A grill or broiler and some pitas… also:
- 1. Mix together the beef, onion, garlic, parsley, and spices.
- 2. Spread a thin layer of the mixture onto large pitas, or stuff small pitas. Brush both sides with olive oil.
- 3. Grill on the bbq or broil, watching carefully so the pita doesn’t burn.
- 4. Serve with salad, tahini, and fries.
