What you'll need: Tin foil and an oven… also:
- 1. Pull the membrane off the back of the ribs with a paper towel. Rub all over with mustard, then coat with the spice blend. Fridge overnight.
- 2. Wrap the ribs in foil with a splash of apple juice and the butter. Baking tray, 350°F, 2 to 2.5 hours.
- 3. Remove from foil. Crank to 500°F. Thin coat of bbq sauce, back in for 10 minutes. Repeat a couple of times.
