What you'll need: A baking tray and puff pastry… also:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix together the olives, cheddar, cottage cheese, 2 eggs, salt and pepper.
- 2. Roll out the pastry and cut into hand-sized squares. Spoon some filling in the middle of each, fold into a triangle, press the edges closed.
- 3. Brush with beaten egg and top with sesame seeds or coarse salt.
- 4. Bake 20 - 25 minutes until golden.
